It is with a very heavy heart that I am needing to find a new home for my ball Python Basil. I’ve had him since 2016 so I’m guessing he’s about 5-6 years old. I’m working full time and going to school and I have several other pets that require my attention and I just feel like I’m not able to provide him the life he deserves. He comes with a large aquarium with two hides and a water dish as well as some decor. I’m looking for an experienced snake owner and NO BREEDERS please! I want him to go to a home with someone who truly loves snakes and can give him the proper substrate and humidity levels. I use both coconut substrate and zoo med forest floor cypress mulch. I’ve never fed him live rats, he eats thawed small rats at this point and he’s only gone off feed once for about 7 months but he’s back to eating now. I haven’t been giving him enough attention and he’s a little feisty when you open the cage so he may need some work warming up to you. I love him dearly and I just want what’s best for him. This price is firm and is to ensure I’m finding him a good home with someone who cares about his well being.
