Hemp Building Company and the US Hemp Building Association will be presenting the first ever - Hempcrete Workshop conducted in Austin, TX ------- to be Held two separate days May 13th and May 16th About this Event Hemp Building Company and the US Hemp Building Association is offering a Hempcrete 101+ workshop at the Convention Center on May 13th & at Maximum Potential Building Systems in Austin, TX on May 16th, 2021. The workshop will be a hands on event where you will learn how to build with hempcrete. This will be a 5 hour event where we mix hempcrete by hand and build a demonstration wall as well as demonstrate hemplime plastering. There will also be an in depth presentation on the hemp industry and building with hempcrete. Lunch and Personal Protection Equipment will be provided. - All Attendees are required to bring their own mask and wear at all times (other than when eating/drinking) - CMPBS is a smoke-free environment - no smoking, vaping is permitted on the premises - Dogs or other pets are not permitted - Registration required to attend - Workshop limited to 30 people.
