Property Manager seeking Off site Maintenance/Handyman/Contractor. Will report of Broadview Heights office DAILY Monday-Friday but work in Cleveland - Eastside & Westside. Duties: Track and complete daily work orders. Answer emergency calls rotating weeks/weekends and after hours. Handyman/Finishing/Laborer Also have many full rehabs for GC'S and sub contactors. Must have transportation and tools. Start immediately!!
