Nanny with Room+Vehicle

Looking for a kind of unique nanny/sitter situation. I’m a single mom, college student, and have a professional (and a bit demanding) career. I have two beautiful boys (4 and 1) who are both autistic and have a bit of a complicated school/daycare/therapy schedule that will be more than my work and school schedule will allow come Fall Semester. This will be a new situation for us, so we will definitely be feeling things out, but I want to put out feelers and see if there is anyone interested in something like this: Room and board + access to a vehicle in exchange for babysitting from 7am-9am and transport to school/daycare and from school/daycare to ABA/OT therapy and occasionally a prearranged evening or weekend. Probably around 4 hours a day of kid-watching/driving to various places with said kids. This position could be ideal for a college student since my house is about 8 minutes from UAF. The room is a private room upstairs (separate from my apartment) with internet, laundry, and a shared bathroom, kitchenette, and rec area. As for the car, as far as I’m concerned as long as you aren’t driving to Anchorage and back every weekend, I don’t mind covering gas/maintenance/etc.. The car would belong to me, but will be available for personal use at times outside arranged daily kid-related things. I would required a background check and training with my kiddos’ ABA provider about autism and working through meltdowns, communication with a nonverbal baby, etc.. An ideal candidate would be someone with experience with autism and/or a mother with vast amounts of patience! As I said, this is definitely a unique situation, but if this seems like a sweet gig to anyone, please let me know!
