Description
Searching for a guy with eyes like saucers, a heart of gold, and lots of potential to grow?
Look no further, you've found your man!
That's right ladies, this handsome lad is ready for adoption.
Toby is an approximately two-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix who was rescued off of the streets in Tijuana, Mexico.
After a couple weeks of settling in in the U.S., "Tobes" was sent to stay with HeroicK9s for their Train to Home foster program. He had his behavior evaluated, and has now been training with them for five weeks.
Toby knows: sit, down, here, spin (clockwise), clock (counter clockwise), shake, heel (left side), and collar (nose through the halter). He is learning to walk like a gentleman using a Gentle Leader head halter, though he can get a little excited when he sees something he likes!
Toby would do best in a moderately active or active home who is willing to continue his training and confidence building. He loves walks, beach days, and stand up paddleboarding with SUP Pups in San Diego! This dorky man is always enthusiastic and ready for every adventure that the world has to offer.
Interested in meeting or adopting Toby? Send an email or text to the information provided with inquiries!
Toby will go home with: his very own SUP Pups life jacket, his Certified SUP Pup certificate and bowl, his Train to Home completion certificate, his gentle leader, Baskerville muzzle, and collar. Through KRWB, HeroicK9s is offering a free in-home private lesson and discounted training and care rates for each adopted dog.
