I am looking for a second assistant for full-time & / or part-time help with my construction projects on an as needed basis. Skills are not required but desired. I can train. Part-Timers can set their own schedule! I will pay $15/hour with a 4 hour minimum, usually it will be all day. Pay quickly increases after a small trial period with demonstrated skills & reliability. I have a WORKERS COMP policy. I will pay cash end of each day or Venmo. If this becomes a regular gig for you, I'll have to put you on payroll. I am a successful developer that only does one project a year. I focus on quality over quantity. Photos show most recent project that broke sales records. Looking for the next 6-12 months for part-time and temporary work. I will work around your schedule so you can have other work as well. Once we both feel comfortable with each other; I can hire one full time to assist my other assistant. Once full time, pay will increase. Ideally, one person will continue full time. I will supply all tools and safety gear. I have a strict policy for honest work, good communication, safety skills, trust and reliability. If you slack off, stay on your phone, or if I get any signs of drug or alcohol use while working, you will be dismissed. For Part-time or Temporary work: If you have days off and want to pick up some cash, let me know your general availability, location, relevant skills and contact info. I will only use email until ready to hire someone. It could be only one day, a series of days, regular intervals, or a few days straight. I am flexible if you are. Again, ideally one person will work out for full time. Many times I need help last minute so I may email several people and pick those that can confirm availability. I have a company car that is insured so long as you can demonstrate a clean driving record. Some times I pay a bonus for really hard or hot work; as well as occasional satisfying lunches. IMPORTANT: Give me your skills, availability, days available and location. I will not respond without following these simple requests
