I have a tenant that moved out of a 800 sq foot home. There are 5 mattresses and 2 small end tables and about 10 bags of trash (empty the drawers in kitchen etc) The single car garage has about half a truck load of items in it as well.
I can get the voucher ahead of time. I would need the trash bagged up and mattresses carried out (single level).
You tell me how much you want to do this job and when you could do it in your response.
