CHEF/COOK/PREP/BUTCHER La Meza is a newly launched highly Mediterranean Grill and Bar in Larkspur. We are looking for Full/Part-Time friendly, honest, flexible and professional individuals that can follow direction with a good attitude who will be responsible for a variety of tasks. In the kitchen we are looking for passionate butcher/prep/cooks/line cooks to food who will be reporting to the head chef and be responsible for all aspects of food preparation, in a fast paced environment, while upholding our high standards. This will include using and operating equipment such as kitchen utensils, grinders, fryers, conventional ovens, slicers, grills, food processors, and assisting with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment.
