I am a contractor wanting to hire carpenter for exterior wood replacement on residential homes. The pay is $20 an hour, some jobs may take 5-6 hours but I still pay the whole day if work is done correctly. Must have experience, tools, and transportation (truck or van even better). Be able to work on ladders also. It can even be a job for someone who wants to work 2,3, or 4 days a week to blend with other work, just need to be dependable for days that are going to work.
