Building Super / Handyman Needed for Bethlehem Apt Building

Looking for handyman / super to take over super position at 15 unit apartment building in western Bethlehem. Light plumbing (replace faucets / sink drains), snake toilets, changing locks, general handyman work. Prefer an individual who desires housing (small 1.5 br apartment), but will consider outside handyman / carpenter as well. Live-in position would also be responsible for lawn maintenance and snow-blowing sidewalks with our blower (parking lot is plowed by outside contractor). OK if you have a day-job. This is not full-time work and we don't expect 24/7 availability. Average requirement is 1-2 hrs/week of repairs. + additional time to show apartments if we have a vacancy. + lawn/snow for live-in position Background & references required (employer will pay for background check). Immediate start for handyman work, live-in date TBD (probably 6/1).
