Looking to fill a couple of positions in a small utility arborist company. Learn to used ropes, pulleys, saws and various other gear to climb and trim trees. Set ropes in and fell hazard trees in varying environments. Spend work days hiking through beautiful mountains to access powerlines for work.
Day to day environment is always changing. We cover all of La Plata and Archuleta county working on national forest, blm and private property. We do both residential and forest work.
Full time, year round work. Learn a skill that can take you anywhere in the country and make money. We work out of our yard in Bayfield where trucks are parked and equipment stored. It is a 30 minute drive from Aspen Springs and work will be done in surrounding Pagosa springs area so meeting up at the jobsite is also an option. Load up from there and head out to do work. 6:30am-5:00pm work shift Monday-Thursday (Four 10 hour shifts).
