We are looking for experienced Lead Water Restoration technicians at our office in Bridgeview, IL. Please call or message me at 630-930-9579 to apply Pay -$20-25 an hour depending on experience with overtime after 40 hours. -$250-$1000 monthly bonus based on jobs completed -$250-$1000 per sale bonus for self generated leads that turn into jobs -1 week paid vacation after 1 year Requirements -1 year being a lead water damage technician and/or 1 year of being a foreman and/or a recent college graduate -clean driving record -clean background -reliable transportation -no drugs -must be willing to work overtime and on occasion after hours -clean, presentable, and professional Responsibilities -Respond to Emergency water damage situations -Be on call and respond to emergency damage situations after hours on a rotating basis -address customers questions and concerns about the mitigation process -properly assess water damage situations -Properly set up containment, and protect customers property -turn in all paperwork, dry logs, equipment sheet, service agreement, etc. to office and upload to cloud -moisture mapping -proper picture documentation on all jobs -set up, take down, and daily monitoring of drying equipment (including on weekends if a job is assigned to you and drying on the weekend) -create an accurate sketch and scope -Use of truck mounted extraction unit set up/break down - demolition of effected areas -proper use of antimicrobials and other cleaning agents -Ensure team members are following proper Saftey protocols and use of proper ppe -drive company vehicles (a clean driving record is required to apply) Please share with anyone you know who may be a good candidate!
