Apartment owner needs a plumber today... and beyond. Today: 7 unit building near Green Lake has a clogged drain in one unit... but is also affecting 2 other units. Not sure if it’s a simple fix. Tenant said there might be dirt in her kitchen sink. Beyond: frequently need help at several buildings, and my home. Also... anyone have a scope to see the condition of the pipes. Will pay well $$$.
