Looking to add an experienced painter to our team. This is a career opportunity and not just a summer job. We are still a somewhat small company but growing steadily for the last 10 years. We have a profit sharing structure to our company so this apprenticeship can grow into a project manager role and then upper management position as the company expands. This is a serious enterprise with experienced and dedicated partners. We want to find more people who will be as serious about the success of the company as we are. This is an incredible opportunity to make a great living with serious career goals. Starting pay will be $20.00 with a chance to move up to $25.00 or $30.00 after a 3 week trial period. A lot of people say they are experienced painters but then we find out otherwise. Our ideal candidate will be a strong athletic worker with a strong work ethic to go with it. Must have reliable transportation. We work in Evergreen mainly, so an Evergreen or near by resident would be ideal.
