As a Surface Experts Field Technician, your job is to repair small spot damage on interior surfaces, such as countertops, appliances, tubs, floors, glass cooktops, etc. You will build relationships with customers built upon trust, reliability and quality service. You will look for opportunities to expand our sales and services by educating customers on our unique services.  Job Duties and Responsibilities:  Fulfill repairs onsite  - Travel within the Kansas City area (primarily north and downtown) to reach customer sites  - Complete quality repairs following Surface Experts training process  - Apply problem-solving skills to identify the appropriate solution for each repair  Build customer relationships  - Provide high quality service - Communicate frequently and consistently  - Identify additional opportunities and educate customers on available services  Work as a team to collaborate and reach goals  Required Qualifications:  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills  - Ability to see color and match subtle hues  - Attention to detail - Commitment to meet project timelines - Customer service experience and qualities  - Professional, caring and service-minded  - Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record  - Ability to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs, and kneel to access repairs - Excitement and energy to be part of something new with huge growth potential  Preferred Experience: - Experience working with your hands in similar work, either professional or hobby, such as maintenance, construction, various arts or trades, restoration and home projects, etc - Experience in related industry, such as property maintenance, construction or trades  Job Benefits:  - Competitive compensation with bonus opportunity - Paid holidays - Paid training - A company car and/or car allowance for completion of job duties - A company mobile phone for completion of job duties Apply Online at Experience a Day-in-the-life of a Surface Experts Technician:
