If you are only interested in 1 project that's fine just tell me which one. The work is to begin on or very shortly after next Saturday, May 8th around 12pm. I pay with a check only, I do not pay in cash. I have a legitimate business. The house is located on the eastside of San Antonio basically between downtown and the AT&T center and not far from MLK Drive. PROJECT #1 I need to have 1 52 inch LED fan installed on an 8 foot ceiling and the current fan removed, also the new fan installed obviously has to work properly. You can have the old fan, which fully functions. I am paying $60.00 check (not cash) for this, price isn't negotiable. I've already had 3 of these fans easily installed so there shouldn't be any issues. The reason why I'm installing the fan is the current one is too low and a person over 6 feet will hit their head on the fan. The new fans gives people up to 7 feet plenty of space. PROJECT #2 Please see picture 2 attached. I need about 5-10 branches of a chinaberry tree removed. I'd say the branches are somewhere between 15-25 feet up in the air. I don't have the proper ladder to do this. The branches are not very thick. PROJECT #3 Please see picture 1 attached. I need a tree cut in half or substantially removed (not fully removed) on the west of my property. My neighbor has given me permission to cut this down and also access her property to do it. I believe it's a hackberry tree. You need to be insured to do this job, so if you aren't please don't submit a quote.
