Is anyone cleaning out their perennial gardens?

Hi there, just wanting to "fill in" a section of my perennial flower garden. Does anyone know of a house that's getting razed down, I have saved some beautiful plants and bulbs from getting sent to the landfill (my favorite save from a demolition site is a bleeding heart that is so beautiful!) or sometimes you thin out your perennial beds....Or, does anyone have starts shooting up under your lilac bush, snowball bush, etc......
