Crawford Construction Corp is seeking reliable & highly motivated individual to grow our team. We are willing to train the right people. Job Description: Maintenance Handyman/Helper 1. Demo 2. Debris Removal - Trashouts 3. Landscaping/snow removal Maintenance 4. Apartment Rental Common Ground Maintenance 5. Tenant Maintenance & Vacant Property Repairs includes but not limited minor drywall, minor plumbing, door/window repairs, etc. 6. Board-ups 7. Lock change 8. Winterization/De-winterization/pressure test. 9. Mold remediation 10. And more… Maid Service for Tenant Turn/Make Ready Units. 1. Deep clean of all hard surfaces, counters cabinets (inside/out), bathroom/kitchen fixtures, toilets, mirrors, windows (interior only). 2. Cleaning of all appliances (inside/out). 3. Vacuum, sweeping, mopping, wipe down baseboards, cobweb removal, dusting of all walls, corners, light fixtures, install air fresheners. 4. Exterior - sweeping of patio, porch and walkways, removal of incidental debris (less than 0.5 CYD), dusting and spider web removal from corners and light fixtures. 5. Garage - sweep and remove incidental debris, dust light fixtures and remove spiderwebs from wall and corners. 6. Carpet cleaning Applicant must have the following: 1. Reliable transportation 2. Smart phone to operate Pruvan and PPW apps. 3. Basic Tools (drill, hammer, ladder, tape measure, flashlight, compressor, etc.) 4. Ability to meet deadlines and clients expectations.
