$20/HOUR 4 Days/Week 8:00AM - 6:30PM Monday to Thursday Se Habla Espanol We are a property management company looking for a maintenance worker for the apartments that we manage. Looking for someone to start ASAP. The job hours are 40 hours per week. Your work will be: 1. Making a unit "RENT READY"-this includes cleaning out the property, patching drywall, fixing doors, cabinets, fixing electrical outlets, painting the unit and leaving it ready for someone to move in 2. Going to service calls, "WORK ORDERS" from tenants - clogged sink, unclogging the main line, fixing a water heater, fixing a leak etc. Respond via email if you are interested. Se Habla Espanol
