May is Mental Health Awareness Month, LCHW will be hosting a 5K Run/Walk from 9am – 2pm in Bellevue, WA. Help us #BreaktheStigma! May is Mental Health Awareness Month, Le Center for Health alongside VegoEatz, The Catalyst Group, and Copper Kettle Coffee Bar will be hosting a 5K event on Sunday May 23, 2021 from 9:00am – 2:00pm). This is a family friendly event. All ages welcome. The race will begin at Bellevue Urban Demonstration Garden (15500 SE 16th St, Bellevue, WA 98007) and go through the Lake Hills Greenbelt area toward the Larsen Lake Blueberry Farms and back around. Participants can park their vehicles in the parking lot of Bellevue Urban Demonstration Garden. Instructions and additional information will be sent after you register. Lunch and gift bag will be included with every ticket purchased. Proceeds will go to Community Wellness Fund (CWF), mental health services for unemployed individuals, low-income families, and students.
