JOIN US FOR OUR 8TH ANNUAL ELEVATE AKRON YOGA FESTIVAL AT LOCK 3 PARK - DOWNTOWN AKRON! After a challenging year of separation in our community, we are excited to safely reunite for our 8th signature summer yoga festival to elevate the local community. Event Overview - Head down to Lock 3, in the heart of downtown Akron, to our 2021 festival on July 15th from 4:30-9:30 pm. The community celebration promises the same outdoor fun as in past years: Enjoy an all-levels outdoor yoga class with live music from local musicians; Sample tasty eats from local food trucks! Cool down on the hottest day of the year by grabbing a drink & connecting with local businesses, nonprofits and artisan vendors. Check out our previous festivals! Safety Protocol - We will adhere to the most current CDC social distancing and safety protocols, and we’ll continue to monitor these guidelines as the event approaches. Check our latest safety plan on the website. Ticket Information - Due to CDC guidelines, a limited amount of tickets are for sale. Grab an Early Bird Ticket for $10 per person which includes: Access to THE community celebration of the summer!1 Limited-edition custom face mask ($10 value)Digital program guide with special deals($) to local businesses.Memories to last a lifetime.Please note: If our cost makes this event inaccessible to you, please email [email protected] by July 9th and we will provide access if tickets are still available. Additionally, when Early Bird tickets sell out, pricing will move up to the next tier of $15, then $20, and $30 day of the event. Making Yoga Accessible Together - Elevate Akron’s passion is to make yoga accessible and bring our community together! In light of the stresses of this past year, we’ve seen the need to share yoga with our community and we’ve adapted to meet this need by expanding our programming to touch lives throughout the year! We provided emergency funding to 320 yoga teachers, musicians & artists in 2020. We quickly launched our H.E.A.L series early in the pandemic, a free digital weekly program that featured 16+ wellness-based business owners offering guided practices for yoga and self-care.We’re battling the negative effects of pandemic stress by partnering with local businesses to provide workplace wellness programming for healthcare workers, teachers and professionals in need.In addition to all of these programs throughout the year, let’s enjoy the victory of being able to celebrate coming together as a community for our very special festival!
