Product Assembler / Warehouse Associate

This person will act as the primary product assembler for a modern e-commerce party supply company, Ellie’s Party Supply. The primary goal of this job is to keep inventory stocked and ready for shipment. Job Responsibilities: -Interpret documents, such as diagrams, or other verbal or written instructions -Work with other members of the warehouse team in order to assemble/pick and pack products -Batch assemble balloon kits -Building plastic boxes + corrugated shipping boxes -Use wire cutters and other tools to prepare materials for packing -Routinely keeping an eye on top/ best sellers and the sell through levels -Receiving and restocking inventory -Perform regular inventory cycle counts -Barcode applying/ ensure all products routinely have barcodes upon receiving -Cross-train on picking, packing and shipping activities -Regularly organize and tidy the workspace -Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise Requirements: -A High School Diploma or GED. -Attention to detail. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. -Ability and willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. -Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors. -Must have reliable transportation Who We Are Ellie’s Party Supply is a startup company, so the pace is fast and flexibility is vital.
