Normal juvenile Ball Python with tank and mice

I am looking to rehome a normal ball python in a 29 gallon tank with 2 hides, bedding and some of his food frozen. There is also live mice with tons of food left, a 10 gallonntank with screen cover and tons of bedding left for them. I'm looking to rehome them all for $120. I will take pictures when I am home. The snake is a bit shy but has never bitten. Even my 6 year old can hold him/her no problem. I was told it was a female but I am not 100% sure.
