RUCKUS Class in Central Park
RUCKUS class combines hiking and full-body exercises with a weighted backpack or rucksack. It’s a complete workout that seamlessly blends cardio, core, strength, power and muscular endurance and is performed in one of the most beautiful green spaces in NYC, Central Park.
These small group classes are lead by one of our professional coaches so you can count on getting a top-tier workout that’s tailored to your needs. Push hard or go easy. This class is great for all experience levels.
We meet at 90th and 5th Ave by the Engineer’s Gate. Bring your own backpack, water, towel and mask. We’ll bring the weights.
