my 99 pontiac Grand Prix is allegedly in the possession of Crista Gladwill Smith. She frequents quest casino and may be living in medical lake. License plate starts with an A and tabs expire October. The back windows need to be taped shut. Witness says the ignition was replaced but doors will have no key. Offering a reward. Can remain anonymous.
