Yoga + Kindness = Guilford ROCKS! Let's get kids excited about being kind!This event combines a fun, interactive yoga class with the Kindness ROCKS! project. We will paint rocks to take, hide or place in our community rock garden as a way to spread kindness to others. All project materials provided. Just bring a yoga mat or beach towel and wear comfortable clothes that can get messy. $25 Ages 6+Limit of 12 students to allow for social distancingCan't make the event but want to spread some kindness on your own?
