The Job:
Guest communication, staging, organization, repairs, remodels, and upgrades.
Experience preferred, but not required. Most applicable skills include: carpentry, HVAC, tile work, appliance repair, paint, drywall, plumbing, pool systems, and electrical.
Ideal Candidate:
Available on-call. Dependable and honest. Tech Savy. Able to work hard and lead others. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone. Positive attitude. Responsive.
Pay Range is between $15 and $20 per hour depending on experience.
