We are a growing CNC machinery dealer based in Houston, Texas, US. This position requires you to work closely with the CEO to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation. Responsibilities  Manage and route phone calls appropriately  Process and report on office expenses  Maintain physical and digital employee records  Schedule in-house and external meetings  Distribute incoming mail  Manage and order office supplies  Make travel arrangements  Organize company documents into updated filing systems  Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)  Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports  Update office policies as needed Qualifications High school degree 5 to 7 years’ experience in Office Admin role Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills High school diploma: additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) Text is ok 909 three one three 6 three six nine
