Looking to adopt puppy

Hello, I am looking for a small breed puppy to adopt and take in for my three children. Our last puppy was killed in front of them due to a reckless driver near our house and it effected them greatly (Mostly my oldest who raised the puppy). My budget for one is around $50-$200, depending on the breed or what the owner is asking for and if the puppy comes with shots (Prefer it comes with shots). Breeds I'm looking for are chipoos, yorkies mixes, Shihzu-Mixes, jack terrier russell; basically any pup that will grow no more than 6 pounds, we work best with small dogs (No pure-breed chihuahuas plz). I don't mind what gender the puppy is or what color, though we've mostly raise male puppies. I cannot drive far distance due to my car being worn down a bit, I'll be willing to met somewhere close like Katy. The puppy can be around 11 weeks to 2 months old, something young to grow and train properly. I will not answer to scan codes or anything, please, I just want to find a nice puppy for my children and I to love, it's been a tough year.
