Our Mixology team of Master Mixologist Mark Brockway, Chefs Jim Anderson and Mike Spence, and Bryant Pearson and Ryan Richardson invite you to a fabulous fiesta! First Course: 3 Tacos: Smoky Pork Tingas, Herbed Ricotta Cheese and Roasted Poblanos, Beef Short Rib, Arbol Chile, and Shiitake Mushrooms. "El Diablo" - Honitas Tequila, Cassis de Noir, Fresh Lime Juice and Ginger Beer. Second Course: Marinated String Beans, Red Onion, Black Beans, and Cotija Cheese. "Jalisco Old Fashioned" - Espolon Reposado Tequila, Agave Syrup and Orange Bitters Third Course: Grilled Snapper Two Ways--Grilled Red Snapper with Chile and Tomato Marinade & Grilled Snapper with a Cilantro, Parsley & Tomatillo Puree. Served with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Mini Elote. Fresh Pineapple & Raspberry Margarita. Casamigos Tequila, Cointreau, Fresh Lime Juice, Fresh Pineapple and Raspberry. Fourth Course: Caramelized Mango and Mexican Chocolate Tart Mexican Coffee Martini- Coffee infused Rum, Kahlua and Chilled Espresso, topped with Mango Cream
