59yo male disabled and in wheelchair w/service dog, (the best in the world) a.k.a. Somerville Mascot (because he's so well known especially in E. Somerville) named Oreo blk/wht Shih-Tzu. We are looking for a New home and looking for a 1br (HP or not) I adapt quickly. Have Sec.8 cert. Looking for 1st floor (cuz of ♿, some stairs ok) in Somerville or surr. area. 14yrs at current residence but need to move asap.
