Expectant parents will learn about physiological and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy and birth. Expectant parents will learn about physiological and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy and birth. The class covers labor and delivery, cesarean sections, breathing techniques, anesthesia and analgesia, exercise, relaxation techniques, breastfeeding and baby care. It also includes various tools for coping with discomforts of labor. Location: Aiken Regional, Sixth Floor, Classrooms A and B The class is free to ARMC patients only. You only need to register for the Saturday class to register for the following Sunday, as well.
