Reiki Level 1. Meditations, Attunement, Instruction and Practice with Reiki Master and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, Lorie Allen. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique based on the belief that one person can channel positive energy into another by means of gentle touch. This activates the body’s natural healing ability and can promote physical and emotional well-being through deep relaxation. In this workshop you will learn about chakras and the “energy body” as well as receive the first Reiki attunement and basic instruction (and practice) in Reiki. Reiki “shares” for additional practice will be scheduled based on group needs.
