The Moon Township Garden Club is celebrating "A Blooming Centennial" this year with an exciting two day summer event! Eight members' gardens will be featured with entertaining music and memorabilia of the era. Friday: Sample wine from three local wineries and nibble on tasty appetizers while strolling through three exceptional gardens! Garden #1 rocks with 1920s and "All That Jazz"; step into the 1930s with "America Swings" in Garden #2; welcome the 1940s with the "Boogie Woogie" at Garden #3. Saturday: Explore five additional luxurious gardens and check out the creative homemade garden items for sale! Get ready to be "All Shook Up" in the '50s; "Here Comes The Sun" welcomes the '60s; a beautiful "Tapestry" weaves through the '70s; "Born In The USA" adds exhilaration to the '80s; end the century in the '90s with "One Sweet Day". Why not walk down memory lane with a friend and experience a delightful summer adventure in the gardens! All proceeds benefit the club's Scholarship Fund and local philanthropic organizations. *Carpooling is strongly recommended.
