Handyman needed for bathroom or kitchen items

Handyman needed for bathroom (up to 2 hours) or kitchen items (also up to 2 hours projected) at Renton Highlands home. Pay is $35 per hour cash. You can do both Kitchen & Bathroom items. Or just the area you have experience.This is a personal project not an offer of employment. Bathroom: * Make sure existing bath drain pipe is securely attached underneath existing bathtub--there's a inside the house underneath crawl space next to bathtub for easy access * Bathtub single-handle needs to be put on correctly (currently on upside down) * New toilet needs to be installed (old one already removed) * Overflow bathtub drain has metal hardware down in it that is stuck. Need to get it out. Kitchen * Old Dishwasher needs to be unhooked and hauled away to recycling center 2 miles away anytime Mon thru Friday 6:30am to 3pm. Used dishwasher needs to be installed--it was hired hard-wired previously, so a plug may be needed. If so, you will need to know how to put on a plug, if necessary. Not sure how the current dishwasher (the one that's coming out) is wired * New Garbage Disposal needs to be hooked up. Just electrical plug--no electrical work needed for this. * Used complete double-sink with faucet needs to be put in (faucet & drain already set in it). Just take out the old sink out and pop the new one in. Hook up drain lines, disposal etc. Caulk around top of sink. That's it! Will adjust time if needed once underway. Someone will be there to hand or hold things. Must have own tools. Looking to get done ASAP! As mentioned, I need you to take dishwasher to recycle center 2 miles away (see days & times open above) so figure that in your timeframe for day to do kitchen items. An extra $25 for you taking it there. Thank you!
