Moving can be a strenuous job, and all candidates must be physically fit and capable of working hard labor for long periods of time. No moving experience is necessary, if you have a strong willingness to learn and apply yourself, we are willing to train. Likewise, while experience driving a box truck is a plus, it is not required. You will be applying for a position at B & Z Moving LLC. We are a full service, family owned, local household goods moving company serving the greater Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia area, and we are looking for quality individuals who are looking to start or further a career in the moving industry. Some qualities that make a perfect candidate for becoming a part of the B & Z Moving team include: -Excellent customer service skills -Ability to follow directions and company policies while often implementing them through independent decision making -Cheerful and positive attitude in stressful situations -Ability to lift 100+lbs repetitively and go up and down stairs for long periods of time -Current and Valid drivers license, with a clean driving record (No CDL endorsement necessary) -At B&Z Moving LLC we have a Non-smoking environment Apply today to make good money, and start a rewarding job. Benefits Offered: -At B&Z Moving LLC we strive to pay the highest starting pay in the industry, with pay starting at $22/hr during trial period (typically 90-days). -$250 sign on bonus after successfully completing the 90-day trial period. -Healthcare benefits after trial period, in the form of a health plan reimbursement, which includes reimbursements for any medical expense such as over the counter medicine, co-pays, monthly healthcare plan costs, etc. of up to $300/mo.
