Scharmach Automotive Group is looking for a building maintenance / facilities employee to maintain our properties in Fife, Washington. We are a family owned dealership group started in 1968 and have approximately 1/4 mile of business property to maintain including multiple new car dealerships, outbuildings, parking lots, and service facilities.
We are looking for an individual who can both manage outside vendors and complete on-site maintenance as needed. Our facilities require maintenance such as painting, basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, fence repair, and landscaping, and general repair and upkeep. Other responsibilities include scheduling specialty vendors for services such as HVAC installation and repair, roofing, exterior painting, concrete work.

Preferred Experience Includes:
- Landscaping / yard care
- Drywall repair/texture
- Indoor/outdoor Painting
- Electrical troubleshooting (minor)
- Plumbing repair
- Janitorial management or touch up
Pay will depend on experience and will start around $18 per hour to about $25 per hour (negotiable)
