Master Deck Builder: 5 years experience Knowledge of composite and cedar decking Ability to curve decking Knowledge custom hand rails Positive Attitude Communicate Effectively Log your daily activity and hours of crew. Ability to delegate effectively Plan, and order material efficiently Build a variety of styles of decks Read basic plans Load/Unload Work Truck Supervise up to 4 Crew Members MUST HAVE VALID WA DRIVERS LICENSE Maintain and manage company provided phone, truck, tools, and equipment Adhere to all state and federal safety requirements Work in all weather conditions $40++ an hour D.O.E Some of our guys make $40.00++ 40 hours a week (there is always opportunity for overtime) Vacation Pay Some Paid Holidays Bonuses Medical and Retirement programs Flat bed or work truck will be provided with the ability to dive it home as long as you can park it in a secure area.
