Missing since 4/29/21, help find my dog Tica. Female Chihuahua, tan with white markings. 10 pounds. Found by good samaritans on SW Barrows near Scholls Ferry and Dutch Bros. Hoping to locate finders and be reunited with my dog. She needs her medication and loving home back.
