Found a small tan dog with black shading on face and tail. Female, probably chihuahua terrier mix, medium/long hair. Has a green collar with faded hearts, and a blue leash, no Id tags. Walked up to Dizzy D's restaurant on Western and 5th around 6:20 pm 5/1/2021. Looked around and we could not find anyone. If this sounds like your dog or you know who's dog it is please send me a email. We will be bringing her to the Humane society in the morning.
