Move some rocks

I have included photos of the area and work to be done. The red outlined areas are shallowly filled with river rock. There are also some decorative rocks in the space. We need to have all the rock removed from these spaces and moved about 10 feet in the direction of the YELLOW arrow. From the furthest sode of the yard to the drop-off location is 40ft. I estimate that it will require between 16 - 32 hours of labor. Please provide a fixed bid estimate, not an hourly rate. Thank you!
