5 Year old husky for rehome

This is Marz he is a 5 year old Siberian husky who loves to cuddle and go for walks. Marz can be very well behaved at home and in the yard but out in social situations not so much. He is NOT friendly with other dogs or small animals. Although he was raised with a cat I do not recommend bringing him into a home with one Unless you have dog training experience. He is very high maintenance for a dog, lots of fur and lots of food. He will do best in a single persons, couples, home or a family with older children. Marz tends to food protective and home protective. Will not rehome him to an apartment or small living situation. Person must have a 4+ ft fenced yard at the very least. Marz is a lazy husky he just likes to lay around most the time occasionally dig holes. He is not known for chewing or destroying things like many other huskies. He is not known for being a escaped artist as many other huskies he seems to be more aa home body, cuddle bug type of companion. I am asking him to go to a very good home he is fixed and has his shots I can provide records asking for a rehoming fee to ensure he is place in a good home I also want to bring him to you and check out your living situation before handing him over. Rehome fee is $200 he is worth it I promise he is a good boy just a little rough when it comes to other dogs but he does accept puppies.
