Garden needs compost

I am setting up a community garden and need help getting compost for the planting beds. I have enough beds ready for about 13 cubic yards of compost. I can get compost from the city's equestrian center on Normandy Boulevard, but I only have an 8x12 utility trailer. It would take more trips than I'd care to make. I'd like to have a dump truck load of compost delivered all at once so I can finish all the beds as soon as possible, but the equestrian center only has a skid loader, so they have no way to load a dump truck. I don't want to buy top soil because I'd have to amend it anyway, so I'd be better off getting horse compost. I don't trust compost made from yard wastes because I've had bad experiences with weed infestations. So I am looking for anyone with either a truck or a large trailer that the equestrian center can load, along with an owner who could allow me enough time to unload. I've had to dig out the planting beds all by myself because my promised volunteers never materialized, and I am not in good health, so everything takes a lot longer than it should. I can pay for the service as long as the cost isn't any more than it would take to have top soil delivered.
