I'm 78 and looking for a reasonable price for internet. I've used spectrum and am now using rcn who are raising their prices again...I'm on a budget. I do not use my laptop every day and my tablet minimally, so I feel I have a right to ask for a reduced price...lol...any input would be appreciated .....many thanks
