Big Dipper Construction Inc. has an immediate opening for a Superintendent/Foreman who is experienced in all aspects of earthwork, site work, and utilities. BDC performs both public and private work in the Valley and Anchorage. Teamwork is key to making each day run smoothly, our company needs someone who is: -Motivated and eager to work -Experienced in leadership roles and strives to create a positive environment for the crew -Must have a strong knowledge of site development, building site work, foundation prep, curb, gutter -Must have a strong knowledge of water, sewer and storm installation -Must have a strong ability to coordinate with Generals and MOA -Must have a strong knowledge of site survey staking, Trimble 3D grade control and grade checking -Must have the ability to stay on schedule and multi-task *Applicants should have 3+ years of experience in a Foreman, Superintendent or Project Manager position *This position is seasonal or could be year round depending *Applicant is expected to have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record to drive company vehicles, must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. *Pay is DOE/Let's talk If you think you'd be a great fit as our Superintendent/Foreman, please respond to this post via email or fax your resume to 907-373-7263 NO RECRUITERS
