Small business seeks partner with shared space

hi we're seeking another business who would like to host our product manufacturing. We are a pet accessory company that needs a small shop space in another shop that can have noise, dust and an area we can bake some of the pet treats we make in a large oven. We would like to offer a portion of profits in exchange for some shop space with the things I mentioned. We also would like it to be 24 hr access so we can schedule shift 1,2,3 etc when needed.
