Our cleaning company is called OMEX. We are a premier janitorial service company. We're currently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team. We are looking for a Janitors, custodians, and/or cleaners to take care of buildings and carry out cleaning. The goal is to keep these buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently We are currently seeking individuals in the Upper Saint Clair, Bethel Park and surrounding areas, to full fill a position on McMurray Road. Position is: Monday-Friday 6pm-9pm Transportation is required, as no bus service is provided to this area. Sign on Bonus: $150 sign on bonus after your first 3 months (From start date) *In order to receive sign on bonus you must have perfect attendance including being on time, no complaint (Via the building or the supervisor/VP upon inspections). Friendship bonus: $25 friendship bonus after your "friend" has completed their 90 work day probations period. Background check is required
