General Carpentry/Construction Needed

We have 2-3 months of consistent work for the right person. Looking to tackle some residential and commercial projects that include but are not limited to the following scope of work; basic framing, concrete work, flooring, roofing, drywall installation, painting, redesigning windows and doorways, excavation, decking, canopy construction, demolition, and some finished carpentry. We are private business owners not in the construction industry. If you are highly skilled and interested in this kind of work, we are interested in talking with you. We will discuss an overall timeline for these projects and allow you to organize and schedule how and when the work will get done within the individual project timeline. This is independent contractor work that will pay out weekly. We will purchase all materials and make arrangements for necessary tools, but are looking for someone who has their own basic trade tool inventory. Pay is generous, but will depend on experience. We will need references in order to seriously consider any candidate. We are honest, dependable, reliable, and fair and expect the same in return. Some of this work will require the help of at least one additional worker. Individuals who have reliable access to labor help will be given preference.
