PAY: We pay upon completion of the job/project. Workers make $200 per 8/hr day. Plenty of opportunity to grow and take leadership positions with pay increase. SCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION (Must Have a Smart Phone) We communicate through Slack and utilize Hubstaff scheduling to provide an efficient and straight forward system for team organization. No experience with these systems is necessary. FULL TIME HRS AVAILABLE REQUIREMENTS: These are deal breakers* - Transportation - Punctual & Professional - Smart Phone - Willingness to work weekends - Must be able to work in the US - Great Attitude! Skills we are looking for (not all are necessary, but we do need experience in at least one of the following): - Fencing - Mansory - Gardening - Landscaping - Patio & Deck Construction - Welding/Metal Work - Landscape Lighting Installation - Irrigation - Sod/Turf COVID-19 All workers are required to wear a mask while communicating with clients and COVID testing is provided, per clients request.
