WATER TECHNICIAN Our company is offering a fast paced, high growth potential position as a Water Technician. This is a full time position. Superior Responsibilities Fast response to emergency water/fire damage claims and other restoration-related activities within the company. Set up and operate equipment such as moisture detectors and water removers. Demolition (removal of drywall, insulation, carpet and carpet pad, etc.). Superior Expectations Customer Focus & Team Oriented Problems Solving & Strategic Thinking Integrity & Excellence Maintain exceptional communication between clients and peers Capable to lift up to 50 lbs. Contents packing and moving Superior Requirements Must have a clean cut appearance and good work ethics. Must have a Good Driving Record. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Setting up of dehumidifier fans and air scrubbers Removal of water and mold damaged building materials. Set up and maintenance of drying chambers inside of water damaged buildings and homes. Treatment and removal of microbial growth of residential and commercial buildings. Documenting moister meter reading of water and mold damaged buildings. Maintain a safe and clean environment. QUALIFICATIONS Proven ability to remain organized while working under difficult conditions. Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline-oriented. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and to interact professionally with customers. Bonus: Paid Time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour Bonus will be paid at the successful completion of 90 Day Introductory period Great Pay! Depends on experience
